Beacontree Heath.

ARG Contracts have been partnering with London Borough of Barking and Dagenham and London Fire Solutions to ensure building compliance with Health and safety and Fire regulations on residential sites in the Borough.

We are working with LFS to safely isolate, remove and reinstall Electrical and Sub main cabling to allow for the safe removal of asbestos panels and existing doors allowing the fitting of fire doors to 300 properties.

Well done to our all teams working this site, all works completing within programme with excellent customer feedback.

Bright Horizons, Basingstoke.

ARG Contracts have been partnering with Pentium Solutions to ensure project completion and building compliance with Health and Safety and water regulations in a nursery in Basingstoke.

The existing building was a Hotel and this has been fully refurbished into a Children’s Nursery.

We are working with Pentium to carry out the following:

  • Installations of Boilers and accessories to plant rooms
  • Installation of Calorifiers and accessories to plant rooms
  • Installation of Heating and Hot water controls
  • Installation of Cold Water Storage System and Booster pump
  • Commissioning of Heating and Hot Water including boilers inline with GasSafe and Part L and Part G of the Building Regulations.
  • Commissioning of Tanks and Booster pumps inline with Water Regulations.

ARG Contracts have just started works partnering with ETEC Group to ensure building compliance with Health and Safety.

We are working with ETEC on a number of works to residential and external parts of the building including:

  • Safely isolate, remove and reinstall Electrical Communal lighting
  • Supply and fit external walkway soffits for fire compliance
  • Supply and manufacture Fire Rated riser access panels
  • Renewing Box Gutter to roof and envelope of building.
